Yet, Microsoft Authenticator is a free app with no advertisements. It's a common feature for adverts to appear in free applications. You'll always be aware of login attempts, even if someone else is trying to enter your accounts. To ensure the maximum security for your accounts, you'll receive push notifications on your Android smartphone to approve access. It reassures the company that you're reading the files from a trusted device. In these cases, you'll log in to the organisation's account through the app. Some companies and schools require you to use the app to access particular files and emails. If this setting is turned on, you must enter the screen lock before you receive a notification from Authenticator when you log in.Certification for organisational approval Tip: In the Microsoft Authenticator app, open the "Settings" menu option. Two-factor authentication is now enabled for your account. You will be notified that your settings have been changed and saved, and you usually get a new notification on your phone that you have to approve after pressing "Save".
On your PC, remember to click "Save" at the end. You will receive a notification on your phone. On your PC, click "Next" just below the QR code to test. Click on "Next" and follow the instructions. You will then be asked to provide information about yourself. Note that the registration process may start automatically when you try to log in to a service. in the Microsoft Authenticator app come from the Android version of the app.
